Three projects from last year are making the festival rounds.
Stealth, an AFI Thesis Film about a transgender child navigating friendships at a new school, plays at the Tiff Kids International Film Festival in Toronto on April 11th as part of the “Hear Me” Shorts Program, at the SOHO International Film Festival in New York in mid-May, and at my hometown Cleveland International FIlm Festival on March 23rd at the 2.30 Shorts Program.
Stealth is also nominated for a College Television Award. The ceremony takes place on April 23rd in Los Angeles.
Welcome To Forever, a sci-fi think piece in which I play an anxious President of the United States, is an Official Selection of the 2015 River Bend Film Festival and will be screening during Shorts Program #4.
More info on the film is available at the Facebook Page.
Finally, Bread and Butter, a romantic comedy of sorts featuring Lauren Lapkus and Bobby Moynihan, is blowing up the festival circuit. The Woodstock Film Festival, The Phoenix Film Festival, New Filmmakers New York, The Big Muddy Film Festival in Southern Illinois, The Big Apple Film Festival, SENE Film Music & Arts Festival in New England, Worldfest-Houston International Film Festival, and my hometown heroes at The Cleveland International Film Festival are all screening the feature.
I only pop in for a moment, but it was great to be a part of the production.
